There has been farming on my land since well before the Domesday book 1086 indeed it is mentioned therein its name derived from the Anglo Saxon for clay slope being on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment.

All our meats are from animals that are grass fed from fields that are environmentally friendly thus ensuring taste as it should.
